Stora Enso - Seefeld event concept

As the head sponsor for the Nordic World Ski Championships held in Austria in 2019, Stora Enso gave us this exciting and challenging mission at the end of 2018. Our job included going to location to scout the areas together with the clients’ project team, and from this create a communication plan for the event. From the concept and story developed together with Stora Enso, we produced all communication material for the event – which ended up being close to a hundred separate entities in custom-made materials and sizes. To make sure everything would work out well, we were on site before the start of the event to carry out and oversee all practicalities. It ended up being a very successful event for our client and the organizers, and not in the least the audience, who got to experience the town of Seefeld from its best side.
