For Assemblin Caverion Group, we created an employer branding film highlighting employees in different roles across the company. The concept was built on a previous internal campaign – We lead, We deliver, We care – and reflects their vision of a workplace where people thrive, grow in their roles, and feel safe and secure. The film captures this spirit in a clear, memorable message that is easy to understand and share, both within the company and externally.
As a complement to the film, we produced additional social media material, including short cut-outs from the film and animated graphics featuring the campaign message.
